Terms and Conditions for The PodPreneur Academy

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By enrolling in The PodPreneur Academy ("the Course"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll in the Course.

2. Course Access
   2.1 Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will be granted access to the Course materials.
   2.2 Access to the Course is personal and non-transferable.
   2.3 You agree not to share your login credentials or Course materials with any third parties.

3. Payment and Refunds
   3.1 The Course fee is $80 AUD per month.
   3.2 Payments are to be made monthly in advance.
   3.3 We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the Course, you may request a full refund via email to rob@ranieriandco.com within 30 days of your initial enrollment.
   3.4 After the initial 30 days, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the Course.

4. Intellectual Property
   4.1 All Course materials, including but not limited to videos, texts, graphics, and logos, are the property of The PodPreneur Academy and are protected by copyright laws.
   4.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Course materials without express written consent from The PodPreneur Academy.

5. Student Conduct
   5.1 You agree to behave in a respectful and professional manner when interacting with instructors and other students.
   5.2 Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of your enrollment without refund.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
   6.1 The Course is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied.
   6.2 We do not guarantee any specific results or income from completing the Course.

7. Limitation of Liability
   7.1 The PodPreneur Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Course.
   7.2 Our total liability for any claim arising from the Course shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Course.

8. Changes to the Course
   8.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Course at any time.
   8.2 We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes to the Course.

9. Governing Law
   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
